These server files will also be accompanied by an unranked server browser. The Game Server Providers will no doubt also be offering server rental. These can be run on any dedicated server box. There will also be unranked server files. The plan is to release the tools in beta format sometime in April.
We are not waiting until the end of March because the tools were developed much quicker than we first thought. We are currently testing the BO3 mod tools right now. PCdev therefore invited me to help test the tools because of my background.
